About Us
Hiawatha Chef Supply, Inc. is the area's leading chef supply company, it was founded in Escanaba Michigan back in 1955, and we are celebrating our 70th year in operation. “We have a great team here at Hiawatha, our longevity is due largely to them, as well as to our customers and suppliers, and to the support of the community as a whole.” says Hiawatha Chef Supply's Owner. The company furnishes foodservice equipment and supplies to thousands of businesses, schools and organizations in the Upper Peninsula and Wisconsin. We have two locations: Escanaba MI and Appleton WI. Both locations have a showroom that is open for everyone to shop at!

Hiawatha Chef Supply was a great help in furnishing the Escanaba Marketplace Kitchen. I had originally planned on using the internet restaurant supply company, but I quickly found out that Hiawatha met the needs of the project way better than the internet restaurant supply company. First of all, Hiawatha Chef Supply beat them on prices, they also made recommendations that saved the project money. They stored the equipment at their warehouse until the plumbers and electricians were done, and when the kitchen was ready, they delivered and set up all the equipment according to the provided layout. Great customer service!!!
